| WELL IT'S MONDAY AND I AM WATCHING THE NANNY!!!HAD A GOOD WEEKEND AND A GREAT DAY YESTERDAY...I FLEW WITHA NICE GIRL FROM BALTIMORE...HER HUBBY WAS A COP TOO...ALTHOUGH HE WAS ATTACKED BY A PERP AND ALMOST KILLED, HE RETIRED EARLY...BUT WE TALKED ABOUT THE NEGATIVITY THAT THE MEN COME HOME WITH...SHE HAD GOOD ADVICE...WHEN WE NEED TO TALK ABOUT SOMETHING IMPORTANT WE NEED TO GO OUT FOR DINNER OR SOME WHERE WE CAN YELL...ANY WAY I AM CHILLIN TODAY...LONG WEEKEND AND LONG WEEK COMING UP...CHAT LATER | | |
| well i just got in from boston...long ass day...going to new orleans again tomorrow...had a great trip...kathy and i nicknamed the captain zane, jughead...we laughed all day...i busted him on the jetway making out with agent in boston...hahaha!!! anyway i am dead tired...saw betty and kenny having lunch in boston, i have to call her monday...until then... | | |
| well i've been edgy today...it's so dam hot...went to the store today, picked up drycleaning, and packed for Boston...going to make pork chops for dinner and have my meeting at 7:30. so far it's been a good day. I do feel agitated, but I'm chillin now...later

| well i feel good today, i went to AA last night and met some cool people...today i am going to the pool and then to my group therapy...i must focus on myself and pray everyday and thanks to God i am clean for just today...ONE DAY AT A TIME!!! also the topic of last night meeting...u can't worry about yesterday is history tomorrow a mystery...today is all we have. live in the moment... | | |
